Big Apple native Gayle Covner has been passionate about food her entire life.
Her inspiration is drawn from the sense-delighting synergy of cultures she experienced in her hometown as well as travels near and far.
Her expertise has been gained from both formal education and years of experience. Building upon a hotel/restaurant degree, she has stood at the helm of great restaurants in New York City and San Diego. |
In 1989, Gayle used her talents to create "In Good Taste," a thriving San Diego catering business.
2010 sees Gayle once again expressing her talents in the form of Blueprint Cafe.
Sharing a building architecture/urban planning firm MW Steele Group and her own In Good Taste, Blueprint Cafe expresses her passion for food via a neighborhood eatery.
